Holiday Minis - Sunday, November 10th

2024 Holiday Mini Sessions will be held on two different days this year.  We are offering an evening session option this year to give the option to those who work during the day a scheduling option.

These our only offering for Holiday Mini sessions. Setups this year is shown, there are two, one we still need to photograph but we have included the stock example for reference.

DETAILS:  (see images for sets to be offered)

20 minute session at your scheduled time. You will select your setup prior to your session - Come dressed in your fancy holiday clothes or your adorable holiday jammies.

Holiday Minis are not for newborns alone - these are not newborn sessions.

Babies must be able to sit independently or have an older sibling:adult that is able to support baby securely or baby should be able to sit and or hold their head up on their own unassisted,

IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY - you must live in the same house - FRIENDS AND RELATIVES welcome, however you MUST BOOK SEPARATELY and would come at a separate time. Please be honest, you must live together.

Session details:

$399 - 20 minute session at your scheduled time, choice of backdrop.

Session includes a 20 minute session and 5 professionally edited digital images delivered via online gallery. Additional images will be available for purchase. Full payment is due upon booking.

Why go outside where it is freezing when you can come in studio, these sessions are great for holiday cards and family gifts.

Sessions are are limited to your scheduled time. If you are late it will take away from your session time, it is highly suggested that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to be sure you are on time and ready to go.  Only one client family will be allowed in the studio at a time, we are allowing time between sessions to properly clean and sanitize between clients.  Everyone being photographed should be dressed and ready to go for your scheduled time. ** Bathrooms will not be available for use during the sessions. 

When you arrive you are to text and let us know you are here, once we are ready for you we will text you back letting you know its time for you to come in.  We will have hand sanitizer available upon entering the studio and we ask you use it prior to your session and entering the studio. 

The sessions include time and talent of photographer, styling, use of props, the hand edited high resolution digital images which you will choose from an online proofing gallery. Additional images beyond what are in included in your chosen package are available for purchase at a discounted rate.  Upon finalization of your gallery the high resolution digital images from your gallery will be available for immediate downloading, you will receive a print release for personal use at this time as well. 

*Families with more than three children that want individual images will need to book 2 or more back to back sessions, time will not allow with one session.*

*When you book a session, it is for your immediate family only, friends and relatives must book their own separate session. Immediate family only, Mom, Dad and children, sorry NO pets. *

Client is to bring their own outfits, clothing is not provided by MHP.  Payment guarantees your session time as selected for your Holiday/ Family Mini Session. Session fee is also considered a non-refundable retainer and is required to schedule your session. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your session and will be applied to a future date, and not for a Holiday Mini Session as these sessions are running for this day only. 

INDEMNIFICATION: I understand that the Photographer will make a good faith effort to achieve desired results. However, subjective tastes differ regarding photography, and children are inherently difficult to photograph and may experience behavioral or attention-related problems during the Session. I acknowledge that MHP cannot and will not guarantee any particular results. If Client’s child does not or cannot cooperate during the Session, Client is still responsible for full payment under this Agreement. The photographer is not responsible for the clients demeanor.  If you are late to your session, that time will be subtracted from your session time, sessions are running back to back.  A booking confirmation along with my Contract (must be completed upon receipt within 24 hours of receipt) will be sent upon booking so please check your spam folder.  

The Photographer shall be held harmless for any and all injury to client during the course of the photography session and the immediately surrounding events.

Session fee is also considered a non-refundable retainer and is required to schedule your session, when booking your session it is for your selected date and time and can not be moved to another session or date as you reserved this date and time. Due to the prep and time involved creating and setting up the Holiday sessions, all sales are final, no refunds will be given.

Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your session and will be applied to a future date only if you or your child is sick, not due to a scheduling conflict, there are no exceptions to this, if you can not make your selected time you will forfeit your session fee/retainer paid. It will not be rescheduled to a Holiday session as these are running for this day only.

SICKNESS 
Sick babies, toddlers and parents are not allowed in the studio; due to the nature of work I do with newborns it is very important that I keep a strict no sickness policy.  If any individual who will be attending and or the child to be photographed has been sick 48 hours prior to their scheduled session, contact must be made with Melissa Hartigan Photography, at that time MHP will make arrangements will be made, there is absolutely no exception to this policy. Sick individuals will be sent home.

By scheduling a session and submitting your payment you agree to the above terms and conditions.  Once you book your session you will receive an email with a link to complete the session forms. These must be completed or your session will not taken place.

I am asked all the time for clothing suggestions, “What should my child wear”? 
Bring a pair of cute jammies, holiday print or not.   For girls a cute dress, tights and shoes a matching hair clip or headband will add an adorable touch.  For boys a button down shirt with a sweater or vest, pants and a pair of socks that match the pants and a nice pair of dress shoes.  No sneakers, or character shirts. If your child has fine hair a little hairspray is helpful taming those flyaways.  A few of my favorite retailers include:  Chasing Fireflies, Hanna Andersson, Mini Boden, Zara, H&M, Carter's & Baby Gap or Gap Kids
