Santa Sessions - Saturday, November 2nd

Ho ho ho... Santa is coming to Melissa Hartigan Photography, Saturday, November 2nd, I have a feeling these sessions will book very quickly, so don’t delay. The Santa MHP has coming into the studio has many year of experience and is incredible with children of all ages. This is not your mall Santa. We searched high and low to find the perfect Santa. He is amazing and special and he just may be the real Santa paying us a special visit from the North Pole.

Whether you are still a believer or not, the visits with Santa in the studio will be pure magic. These sessions are about more than just capturing a picture of your child with Santa. You will not have to wait in a long at the mall with a bunch of others sneezing and coughing. You will come in on your scheduled time and have a few moments with him captured by Melissa. Perfect for capturing our babies first Christmas, babies do not have to be sitting, Santa is very comfortable with children of all ages.

10 minute Santa Session
$249
10 minute visit with Santa at your scheduled time. Sessions include visit with Santa, use of props, 3 hand edited high resolution digital images which you will choose from an online proofing gallery. Additional images beyond the 3 are available for purchase at a discounted rate.  Upon finalization of your gallery the high resolution digital images from your gallery will be available for immediate downloading, you will receive a print release for personal use at this time as well. 

*Families with more than two children that want group and individual images with Santa will need to book 2 or more back to back sessions, time will not allow with one session. When you book a session, it is for your immediate family only, friends and relatives must book their own separate session. Client is to bring their own outfits, clothing is not provided by MHP. Payment guarantees your session time as selected for your Santa session. Total due at time of purchase and will include 6.35% CT sales tax.

Sessions are running back to back, it is highly suggested that you arrive 5-10 minutes early if you feel your child needs time to warm up and become comfortable prior to their scheduled session time.

Sessions are are limited to your scheduled time. If you are late it will take away from your session time, it is highly suggested that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to be sure you are on time and ready to go.  Only one client family will be allowed in the studio at a time. Your children should be dressed and ready to go for your scheduled time. Bathrooms will not be available for use during the sessions. When you arrive you are to text and let us know you are here, once we are ready for you we will text you back letting you know its time for you to come in.  We will have hand sanitizer available upon entering the studio and we ask you use it prior to your session and entering the studio. 

The sessions include time and talent of photographer, styling, use of props, the hand edited high resolution digital images which you will choose from an online proofing gallery. Additional images beyond what are in included in your chosen package are available for purchase at a discounted rate.  Upon finalization of your gallery the high resolution digital images from your gallery will be available for immediate downloading, you will receive a print release for personal use at this time as well. 

INDEMNIFICATION: I understand that the Photographer will make a good faith effort to achieve desired results. However, subjective tastes differ regarding photography, and children are inherently difficult to photograph and may experience behavioral or attention-related problems during the Session. I acknowledge that MHP cannot and will not guarantee any particular results. If Client’s child does not or cannot cooperate during the Session, Client is still responsible for full payment under this Agreement. If you are late to your session, that time will be subtracted from your session time, sessions are running back to back.

The Photographer shall be held harmless for any and all injury to client during the course of the photography session and the immediately surrounding events.

Session fee is also considered a non-refundable retainer and is required to schedule your session, when booking your session it is for your selected date and time and can not be moved to another session or date as you reserved this date and time. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your session and will be applied to a future date only if you or your child is sick, not due to a scheduling conflict, there are no exceptions to this, if you can not make your selected time you will forfeit your session fee/retainer paid. It will not be rescheduled to a Santa session as these are running for this day only.

SICKNESS
Sick babies, toddlers and parents are not allowed in the studio; due to the nature of work I do with newborns it is very important that I keep a strict no sickness policy.  If any individual who will be attending and or the child to be photographed has been sick 48 hours prior to their scheduled session, contact must be made with Melissa Hartigan Photography, at that time MHP will make arrangements to reschedule your session, there is absolutely no exception to this policy. Sick individuals will be sent home.
